All orders are shipped from my studio in Poland, Europe. 
I provide worldwide shipping via FedEx, DPD, GLS or DHL services.

Wszystkie zamówienia są wysyłane kurierem z mojej pracowni w Świnoujściu.
 

PROCESSING TIME / REALIZACJA ZAMÓWIEŃ

Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-7 working days. If you need it to be shipped ASAP, please let me know before ordering, there is always some solution possible. 

Zazwyczaj zamówienia opuszczają pracownię w przeciągu 2 - 7 dni roboczych. Jeśli potrzebujesz szybszej realizacji zamówienia, proszę skontaktuj się ze mną zanim złożysz zamówienie.

• Europe - 5 - 10 days
  
• USA - 8 - 15 days
  
• Canada - 10 - 15 days
• AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND - 10-20 days
  
• JAPAN and SOUTH KOREA - 10 - 20 days
  
  Please bear in mind, that seasonal expedited shipping delays may occur during busy months.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Due to the made to order nature of my art shop, returns can not be accepted.

In case of damage, very long delivery time or lost package caused by the shipping service, I will ALWAYS provide you with a FREE replacement piece, just let me know.
